ok well my doctor has left so i have moved on to professor whorwell so thats good see him in June
i have been eating what i feel and so far so good will little help i bought Chinese tea bags for constipation help i lots have a BM each day bit sloppy but ok
breakfast
cornflakes and soya milk and blueberries cuppa tea
snack apple
dinner
fruit salad and water oat cakes
tea carrots tuna greens beans and small amount rice
pear blueberries
night time lots herbal teas and before bed chinese tea and 2 streedwheat and soya milk and am doing ok bit bloated but a ok ho am some time i have flax seeds to
thank you for all support i no am not have eating for ibs diet but never worked for me

What is this Chinese tea that you are drinking? What is the name of it and where do you buy it from?

I must admit, I'm sort of confused on what you are eating. Are you peeling your fruits? Eating a SF buffer with them?

thank you for all support am not using the flax seed no more its the chinese tea thats helping me thats for sure
BM each day feel half better streedwheat is cereal just hole grain wheat thats all nothing else at all in it and the tea is from a chinese store in Liverpool were i live its called
feiyan health tea if you can get on line i would buy thats for sure
i no am not total better but feel a bit thats for sure

omg am so scared help i have just been on line read about them and there so bad for you the tea bags there a slimming tea and i thought they were for constipation and now am going to be worse of there will have damaged my belly i no it am so so scared help please

I looked this tea up on the web and it is a slimming tea for dieting!
What are the ingredients in it?
I don't think this tea is such a good idea until you find out what it does to your body. Most teas for losing weight are not tummy friendly. Please check into this!

Never heard of this cereal. It sounds like it's all IF. Do you do better with IF than the SF?

i think i do better with if fiber i think the tea is green tea and lots herbs but when i looked it up lots said when they stopped it then ended but more constipated am so scare now

I don't know if they do shredded wheat in the states. I can't remember seeing it in the markets in Canada but then again I'm not looking fir it.
