I did a search and didn't see anything...hope it's not here already...
Has anyone heard of Juice Plus+ or tried it? It's fruits and vegetables concentrated in a capsule form.
I was thinking it would be good for times when you aren't stable and can't eat too many veggies or fruits without consequences...?

It is has added insoluble fiber as well as fiber from the vegetables and fruits. Some powder flavors contain fructose, FOS and inulin. You might be better to sticking with a pure soluble fiber supplement.

I take them, and they do not bother me. But, as you know, different strokes for different folks!
I think they help. I have a friend who took them while she was getting chemo for breast cancer, and the Juice Plus+ is the only thing that got her through since she could not eat anything!
