Question for Heather? Fibercon vs Fiber Choice

I just noticed that there is a comment on the Fibercon bottle that says to take the product 2 or more hours before or after other drugs. As far as I can see, there isn't a similar warning on Fiber Choice.
I like to take my Caltrate after breakfast but if I take Fibercon, then I should wait 2 hours and by then, it's time to eat again or I'm taking the Caltrate on an empty stomach.
The Fibercon works better for me, but this warning thing bothers me. Should I stick to Fiber Choice and give up the Fibercon? The inulin, while not a great ingredient, is at least "natural", where the polycarbophil doesn't seem to be.
Maybe this is all irrelevant - and I'm worrying needlessly - because the Caltrate is a supplement, not a drug?
