Well since Jan 26 I have had typical IBS symptoms with only a day or two of feeling normal and thinking..ok Im getting better only to have pain or D or bloating you know, the whole nine yards start over again..it really starts to take a toll on your emotions...(whats wrong with me!),,,I have been eating nothing but broiled chicken, tuna rice potatoes and boiled eggs for the last month with no change..so I cooked a 90% lean angus burger in my George Forman and made some rice pasta and gluten free bagel(celiac disease) and just decided if I get symptoms tonght I deal with it because I have been getting symptoms anyway and I am so darn hungry and so darn sick of chicken not to mention tuna that I really dont like anyway..wish me luck

I had no problems and feel better today than I have...( I hate to say I 'm feeling well I don't want to jinx it Ha Ha)I was just so hungry for something other than chicken and rice..
