I have a silly question. Has anyone here ever taken multivitamins and then had your stool turn a weird color? I take a multivitamin every other day (every day makes me constipated) and my stool had become a little orange. I don't have any other symptoms. Does anyone know what I'm talking about?

Orange stools can be caused beta-carotene sometimes found in vitamin A in multivitamins. Or foods with artificial yellow or orange coloring, carrots, sweet potatoes, winter squash and a variety of other foods.
