I seen where Heather said that Prenatal Vitamins might be an easier vitamin for the GI to handle so I called my pharmicist and told him I had IBS-D and asked if it would be safe to take these even though I am not pregnant. Actually I called 2 pharmicist just to check and they both said they would recommend it. So my question is has anyone else with IBS-D taken these and if so how did they work for you. ------------------- IBS-D, Diverticulosis

i take them when I remember to and I have never had any problems with them. I take them after I eat dinner and have a lot of soluble fiber in me.

I took one yesterday after lunch it seem to do ok but this morning, well lets just say I didn't have such a good one having to run to the bathroom and thats the only thing I can think of I did different. I just thought with the iron and calcium in it, it wouldn't be to bad but I didn't realize they had stool softners in them.
