any one find they bloat them ans come out hole in stool and am just so unsure what helps me and dont help me in my ibs i have bought powder flaxseeds to day i have just had carrots sweetpotato chicken small salad feel so ill now omg

i personally thought carrotss were meant to be safe and i dont have any issues with them myself - however - why dont u try mashing them with the sweed ? i love this with a little black pepper sprinkled on with chicken or grilled fish - yum !!

Carrots that are not well cooked and well chewed will come out in pieces. You might mash your carrots before you eat them or boil them until they are very soft.
In previous posting you indicated that salads are a problem. Why do you continue to eat them?

I discovered last year that raw carrots make me VERY bloated. I now cook them A LOT before eating them. Try that.
