I am sorry it has took me so long to get back to you here is the Blueberry muffin recipe you wanted there wonderful I plan on making some soon!! If your just starting with these I would go 1/2 a cup til you got use to them thats what I did. How did your cookies turn out? Also try Kress snickerdoodles there great. I also posted the taco recipe on the recipe board. Hope all is well. Here is the muffin recipe!Very Simple Blueberry Muffins 1 1/2 cups flour 1/2 cup sugar 1 teaspoon salt 2 teaspoons baking powder 3/4 cup almond, soy, rice milk (i use almond) 1/4 cup canola oil 1 cup frozen blueberries preheat oven to 400 place spray muffin pan with cooking spray. Combine flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder, togther in a mixing bowl. Add milk of choice and oil mix. Fold in blueberries (if using frozen do not thaw first) pour into baking cups and bake 25-30 mints. Makes 8 muffins. emmasmom ibs-c gas

Thanks for the recipe! I saw your taco lasagna recipe on the recipe board, that sounds really good too!! The cookie recipe was interesting! I think I did something wrong, I might have overcooked them... I dont know but they were hard as rocks! So I did some experimenting. I added some applesauce to the recipe cause I noticed there was no oil in it or no sub for butter. But then I couldnt roll them out cause they were too sticky. So I basically made a giant sheet cookie, then just out of the oven I used my football cookie cutter and made the cutouts from the cooked dough. It actually came out really well! My cookies were very fluffy, but tasty! Anyways, thanks again. The blueberry muffins sound really good!! Oh and
