I found these GF bars that may be good for snacks if they are safe. I'm having a hard time finding safe GF snacks.

So, are these safe, in your opinion? enjoylife bars

Yes but sugary. I tend to feel better when eating less sweet things.

thanks. I wasn't sure about the Fig Paste and Date Paste.

Wow, never thought about sweet things. Sorry they effect you!

I went completely off sweets two winters ago and felt great for a couple weeks! I have been cutting back on sugar lately. Its not that it is an IBS trigger but it affects your ph and possibly the flora in the gut and it makes me fat.

glad to hear the date and fig paste don't bother you. I thought we were suppose to stay away from dried fruits....although it is pretty low on the ingredient list. But then you don't watch your fructose!

I've never tried the apple ones....just the berries and my chocolate "fix".
