Ok i keep posting on here and then dispearing and for that im really sorry but im here to start again - i had hell recently with ibs ive gone from dieareah and rushig to the loo with cramps to not going and now im in pain and the docs have said its muscular etc but im not sure - tonight i have had tummy cramps and im not sure what ive eaten thats soooo bad !! ive had enough so im here a clean slate and ready tohit it head on !!!! hoe im welcome back - i have been reading just not posting

Poor you  sounds like you've been having a rotten time. Well, you know you are back in the right place to get help and support! Just reading the boards makes me feel better sometimes because i know others are going through the same sort of things as me, or worse. Hope you start to feel better soon
