i have stuck to the ibs diet and i have took laxitives from my gi doctor and am still ill and not been the loo

I understand how you feel. The only laxative that worked for me is Miralax. Hang in there, it took me almost a year to become stable. Now I only have problems in extreme stressful situations. The Acacia SF and peppermint capsules have been a lifesaver.
