I was also wondering if they taste good? are they mostly SF?

These are a couple questions I've been wondering today, but I didn't want to make separate posts..

Everyday it seens like I'm having more than 1 days worth of bm's in one day, because I'm going so much and when I don't,I don't feel good. If I went a day without going I wouldn't feel good.Anyone else feel like this? Could it be because I take 4-8 tablets of fibercon usually everyday,or every other day or 2? I drink a whole cofee pot's worth of fennel tea everyday..I take align and heather's products.

Does anyone find cammomile tea to really help? Also, what do u find to be a miracle for you besides heather's products or probiotics? Any special tea or herb, brand name item?

I don't think corn tortillas taste very good. I would treat them more like IF than SF.

There are no miracle cures! Sorry. And yes I feel like I poop more than a day's worth- or a day's worth for a 300 pound man maybe. Fiber does that IMO.
Chamomile tea will only help the gut a little bit, but if you find it calming that in itself will help. Heating pads are better though.

IBS-A for 20 years with terrible bloating and gas. On the diet since April 2004. Remember this from Heather's information pages:
"You absolutely must eat insoluble fiber foods, and as much as safely possible, but within the IBS dietary guidelines. Treat insoluble fiber foods with suitable caution, and you'll be able to enjoy a wide variety of them, in very healthy quantities, without problem." Please eat IF foods!
