Julie so glad to hear.
Your post even reflects that you aren't so stressed.
You seem like you finally got the help you've been looking for and are calming down.

Stick with whatever they've said and let us know how its going.

hi julie, that's great that they were able to give you both medicine as well as dietary advice. I would say stick to exactly what they recommend. E veryone is diferrent so maybe u will be able to tollerate things like salads, etc.

I am curious, what kind of laxatives did they give you?

Julie...
I haven't been on the board for awhile, so I've missed so much. I am so glad you went for your appointment and I believe with all my heart, you are going to get well! You didn't get sick overnight, and the same is true of getting better. I just pray each day gets better for you.
Do you mind me asking you specifically what they said to eat? Also, did they recommend any stool softeners/laxatives that don't cause cramping???
Glad to hear you have a plan and you are on the road to recovery!
Blessings! Dorothy
