I used an enema becaue I hadn't went all day and I was feeling, sick nasous, hot and cold.. WEll when I was squeezing it I had a problem of the liquid coming out..after a while my body made a bunch of crazy noises, when I felt like I had to fart and more liquid came out I sat on the toilet..hardly anything came out..I noticed what did come out was mushy, was it the enema that made it mushy or was it probly stuck in me because it was mushy? Anyway I ran to the bathroom a a few minutes after I got out of the bathroom because I had an urge..I noticed something weird in the toilet at first I thought it was an unhealthy colored stool..nope a bunch of mucus. I took the enema about 8pm or 8:15,I work at 5 pm tommorow, can the enema affect me at work tommorow? I was also wondering If I would probly have hard to pass stools tommorow because they were so mushy? But before bed I'm going to take like 4 fibecon.

You shouldn't have taken an enema. You will never get stable if you do anything not recommended. I have never used one and can't say if you will be able to work or not.

"You absolutely must eat insoluble fiber foods, and as much as safely possible, but within the IBS dietary guidelines. Treat insoluble fiber foods with suitable caution, and you'll be able to enjoy a wide variety of them, in very healthy quantities, without problem." Please eat IF foods!
