Pages: 1 dizzy and off balance?       #340250 - 12/30/08 09:16 PM Edit Reply Quote Unregistered I was at work and for a minute I felt dizzy and off balance. Could it be becaue I ate too much IF? I my sides and chest area feel sore and tender..I felt a little nauseated a few times..I ran out of align and should be here this week..Oh its also that time of the month..ANyone with anything similar?
