I have two questions. For those of you out there who take Natual Calm, does it bother you if you are A? Sometimes, nothing moves my C, and I wondered if I tried this, would I flip to constant D. Can you also take it with Align?
Also, I am not a big cereal eater. I usually eat oatmeal/banana, a bread product with jelly, or a tofu scramble. I love Cheerios. I am not quite sure if they are OK to eat.
Thanks

You can take Align with almost anything. If you take Natural Calm in the evening you may want to take Align in the morning. Also, when you take an antibiotic you might want to wait 3-4 hours before taking Align.
Cheerios has 2 grams of IF and 1 gram of SF per 28 gram serving. You may have to try them to see if they are okay for you.

Well, I tried the Cheerios. We will see. It does have more IF than SF, but since I am a little more C, maybe it will be OK.
The problem with being an A, is when you take something for C, you cause A, and when you take something for A, you cause C. What a dilemma. God, I just want to be normal.
Now, about the Natural Calm. Do you have any idea if that will create D for me?
Thanks

I am IBS-D so I have never taken Natural Calm. Someone who does take it will have to answer this question for you

Try doing a search on Natural Calm.....a lot of people have tried it. I took it for a while and did not get D.
As far as cereal, I snack on this all the time: http://www.worldpantry.com/cgi-bin/ncommerce3/ProductDisplay?prmenbr=587770&prrfnbr=892324&pcgrfnbr=881896 It has both SF and IF and tastes great.

Cheerios are quite safe. But they tend to cause gas and burping in some people- even 'normal' people. I like them because they are low in sugar and lightish.
