My email to Heather had NOTHING to do with dairy at all.
Syl, I greatly admire your scientific mind and the incredible amount of info that you provide to everyone on this board. I know that we have disagreed in the past, but thats OK with me. It does not make me dislike you nor disrespect you. It is what it is...just a difference in opinion.
Little Minnie, I love your outspokenness and sticking to your guns no matter what.
Kappy, you are just way toooo cool for me.
Love you Erica and Pennie.
Lisa Marie, I hope you have had that baby by now.
I have made so many friends here and learned so much. I am sorry if several of you feel like I "tattled", or made you feel like "you were back in kindergarten". That was not my intention.
If people choose not to chat with me anymore, that is OK, too.
Again, my email had nothing whatsoever to do with dairy. And I do believe that Heather would have seen the post, eventually.

Lynn,
I don't know you, so forgive me sticking my nose in here; it's a bad habit I have.
You've already helped me a lot with your sage advice, so take some from me - don't be thin-skinned. Life is too short for that.
[stepping down from my soapbox] - I'll be happy to chat with you anytime.

Thanks Runs. I am a bit thin-skinned. A little wimpy, if you will.

Wimpy is the guy from "Popeye" who is always saying, "I'll gladly pay you Tuesday for a hamburger today".
No more hamburgers for us IBS sufferers!!
(How's that for getting back "on-topic").

I don't know what all the drama is about, probably don't want to know. All I can say is that you have been a help to me, so I'll talk with ya anytime.

-------------------- IBS-A for 20 years with terrible bloating and gas. On the diet since April 2004. Remember this from Heather's information pages:
"You absolutely must eat insoluble fiber foods, and as much as safely possible, but within the IBS dietary guidelines. Treat insoluble fiber foods with suitable caution, and you'll be able to enjoy a wide variety of them, in very healthy quantities, without problem." Please eat IF foods!
