Try to make the moving experience more fun and relaxed! I think moving is fun, I enjoy the work. Woo sahh! Do you do any yoga? It helps to relieve the stress or listen to some relaxing music with a hot cup of tea before bed or just during down time. If you are looking for quick easy food suggestions, I have found minute brown rice bowls at wal-mart they are pretty good and you can add some soluble fiber to them to boost SF. They are pre cooked all you have to do is pop them in the microwave for a minute. Also try sweetpotatoes in the microwave for about 6 minutes or until fork tender. Mmmmmm. Are you trying not to buy food to cook or just period?

My partner just helped his sister move. It took them two days with a big rental truck. On the upside their friends helped out and a good time was had by all.

I do long for the days when I could move all my stuff in a suitcase though.
