Hi I got these at whole foods the other name and was wondering if they were safe for a snack?Heres the ingridents
Strawberry Toaster Pops. It says no added msg does that mean theres msg in these?
INGREDIENTS : NO TRANS FAT NO ADDED MSG NO PRESERVATIVES (VEGAN) ORGANIC UNBLEACHED WHEAT FLOUR WITH ORGANIC WHEAT GERM AND ORGANIC WHEAT BRAN, ORGANIC STRAWBERRY PUREE, FILTERED WATER, ORGANIC EVAPORATED CANE JUICE, ORGANIC SUNFLOWER SEED MEAL, ORGANIC CORNSTARCH, ORGANIC HIGH OLEIC SAFFLOWER AND/OR SUNFLOWER OIL, ORGANIC STRAWBERRY JUICE CONCENTRATE, SEA SALT, YEAST. DID YOU TRY THESE? I KNOW IT HAS BEEN AWHILE BUT THEY SOUND REALLY GOOD! YOU GOT THEM AT WHOLE FOODS?

The flour/germ/bran base is not very descriptive. It does not say how much bran and germ there are compared to the flour. Sometimes you can guess how grainy/IF something will be by the total fiber but otherwise you don't know if they are too IF to eat alone.

No I didn't try them they look so good but I wasn't sure about them so it wasn't worth it to me.
