why am i not get better but worse

no matter what milk i use what i eat am geting worse its killing me liveing think way no little black dress for me this year belly so big bloated i hate it so much consaption makes me so mad

TRy avoiding any kind of milk for a week and see if that helps

I had a REALLY hard time with Soy milk. It didn't give me D or C, but very very gassy. I normally don't have problems with gas, but anything with garlic or soy tend to give me a lot of gas.
maybe try just the rice milk and cut the soy out to see if that's giving you the excess gas.

I am IBS C as well, and found I feel much better when I cut out soy.

I haven't tried either of these but both soy products and rice give me major gas too.

why don't you post everything you're eating and we'll see if we can help. i don't do soy - smelly bad gas. i cook my oatmeal in almond milk.

i have tryed so hard i just dont no any more
rice milk and oats oats bar for lunch and bottle water for tea white fish and veg carrots and broccoliy snack pear mango and a packet carmel snackAjackes and just before best oats and bran with rice milk it the smae most days god help

I feel for you. I had gas problems very badly. I cut out all whole wheat and apples with skin - things that have a lof of Insoluble fiber. NO BRAN! Only white bread, white rice, etc. Gas went away immediately. Also no sodas. Still had C. Magnesium supplements work pretty well with that. Major difference. Good luck.
