How does it normally come (in pill or powder form)? What dosage should be taken to relieve D? How fast does it work? At least the vomiting has stopped, but now feel really wiped and no appetite. So now my IBS C has kicked in and I feel all plugged up. Am trying to drink as much water as possible. I know that you swear by Slippery Elm and said your in-laws take it for C. So had Hubby pick some up for me. Do you take it every day? Even though I have it in capsule form, do you think I should break capsules open and put in applesauce or something....would it be more effective??? I generally have to have lots of IF to keep things moving and I just can't get enough food in me feeling the way I do so I'm hoping the Slippery Elm will be of help.
