Ive been drinking alot of chamomile tea and its really helping me, BUT I feel like I need it sweet and cant seem to drink it plain.therefore I'm ingesting alot of sugar. I was wondering healthwise is honey better than sugar???
If you are fructose sensitive then use sugar. If you are not fructose sensitive then honey is sweeter because it contains more fructose than glucose. Also honey contains a small amount of vitamins and minerals which sugar does not contain.

Yes there is a fructose malabsorption test. Is is a hydrogen breath test. Essentially you drink a solution with fructose in it and they collect breath samples periodically which they analysis. Ask your doctor about it.
