Is Natural Calm safe ?

NC seems to be the only thing that helps get me going in the morning. but is it safe to take on a long-term basis ?

All it is is a magnesium supplement. Totally safe. I've been taking it daily for almost 2 years, and that includes through my entire (current) pregnancy. If it helps, stick with it!
Do you take it in the morning? I find it works best to take it at night, plus it can make you sleepy.

I have a weak bladder and find that if I take natural calm more than once a week i have to urinate like craxy every 20 min- whats up with that?

I have no idea how those two things could be related. You are using the plain Natural Calm, no added flavors or Calcium, right?
