Baked corn chips (with or without hummus/bean dip), rice cakes (with or without almond butter, jam, etc.), dry cereal, bananas, applesauce, homemade quick breads/muffins, homemade (dairy free) rice pudding, slices of chicken/turkey. Dry cereal is usually my go-to snack, and I usually have several kinds open at one time for that reason.
Hope that helped.

I eat most of the Envirokidz cereals, as well as Rice Crunch 'Ems and Corn Crunch 'Ems from Health Valley. Those are the safest ones I've found, though sometimes I do get sick of them.

I like the stonyfield farms O'Soy yogurt. It hasn't bothered me yet (knock on wood) Ginger snaps, chex mix, and smoothies. I try to mix up the smoothies a bit and put a fair amount of Tofu for protein with some rice milk too. The banana carob smoothie is great it's in the EFI Cookbook! HTH

Oh thanks I have been one for 8 years & counting so I though it be appropriate They are at my grocery store ( PUBLIX) not sure if you have one in your area but my store sells them near the Deli area. The bag is called New York style Cinnamon raisin bagel chips. As always be sure to just have a few then see how you do .. not everyone can tol & there is Palm oil in it also. Almond milk is wonderful my fav far better than the silk soy which is still good but I love the vanilla almond milk. Have you tried the chocolate version OMG..

I have found that most of the 100 calorie packs are ok for me like the chips and snack mixes. (not the chocolate ones however ) But most of them are ok! Try the Shortbread 100 Calorie Packs, mmmmm.... Excellent

Thanks for the info. I never pay attention to the hfcs. I guess i should. I don't drink soda or many sweets, so I'm not too concerned with it, but I guess it's in other things too. I will remember to look for that when shopping next time.
