Does anyone have any tips on how to safely eat nuts and seeds? I really need to get some more protein and I know that nuts and seeds are a great source of it. The only problem is that nuts are high in fat and I am worried that it would upset my stomach.

Thanks so much!

I have started to add a small package of walnuts to Heather's brown sugar banana bread recipe. Heather's recipe is here: Heather's recipe

Becareful ... I don't add very much at all.

Heather says "For nuts, finely grind and incorporate them into breads or cakes with white flour, which gives a safe soluble fiber base."
