Has anyone tried these? I am using the Acacia, probiotics and Natural Calm for constipation. Things were going pretty good but them constipation again, bloating etc. I decided to get the Hypnosis CD, and change my probiotics to more specific ones Bifidobacterium infantis by NSI. I also tried the digestive enzymes. This has made a real difference in the last two days. Only problem is I started all three of these at about the same time. I would prefer not to take the enzymes all the time because the brand I am using is more expensive. I had them on hand so why go buy more. I am thinking about only taking them if my meal is going to include more protein such as cheese or milk or high fat. Would like opinions or recommendations on this please.

I take my digestive enzymes this way and it seems to work well. I figure if I'm just eating cereal and a banana, for example, I don't need the same help I would if I were eating, say salmon and a sweet potato.

I agree - I take a digestive enzyme with lunch and dinner since they are a little tougher to digest than my oatmeal breakfast. And if I am going out for dinner, I'll take two to account for the generally higher-fat restaurant way of cooking things and the larger portion I might eat than I do at home.
My question is when to take them. I take them at the beginning of my meal, along with one or two Beano. But my naturopath tells me I should take it at the end of the meal. Any thoughts?

The ones I take say to take at the start of a meal or as needed as a digestive aid.
