Have you tried Heathers Tummy Fiber? I too have IBS C and have suffered for years and I have been using it for about a month and LOVE it, it has helped me TREMENDOUSLY!!!!

Yes! I use Heather's Tummy Fiber. It helps my "C" very well too!!!!
However, regardless of what I eat, my gut is bloated all the time and was searching for a probiotic when I saw the IBx product.

I too have bloating and gas. I just started taking Sundown acidophilis xtra 2 x a day, but I cant report any improvement yet. The best to get is the one that has to be refrigerated because they are live cells. Hopefully it'll help you!
