Hello,
I sometimes find that vitamins and lutein upset my stomach. Which ones are safe for us IBSers?
Thanks Much!

I try to get what I need from my food. But if I feel like I need more, I turn to the Flinstones for help. Anything stronger will end very bad!! There are quite a few that will probably answer with some grown up recommendations...

Thanks so much, Lisa!! It looks like you are going thru a lot with your IBS issues. Hope you get really better soon.
I'll try those Flintstones. I like to take Lutein this time of year because it gets dark so early, but now these gel caps upset my stomach and cause immediate BMs.

I take Rainbow Light multivitamin and a calcium supplement as well. They are all natural and contain no artificial sweeteners or flavors. They haven't caused me any problems at all.

I buy my multi vit. at the health food store and I make sure that it is free of anything that I know I'm allergic to or that upsets my stomach. They are glad to help you with this.
