sibo/fructose malabsorption and ACAI berry?

anyone know if acai is ok for sibo/fructose malabsorption people? i'm still having trouble figuring out what is generally ok and what isn't so i tend to avoid almost everything...

Acai berry contains a little more glucose than fructose. However, the whole berries are high in IF. Acai berry juice might be fine. You will have to give it a try. If you do please tell us how it goes.
