Have any of you tried that new v8 Fusion juice? It has 6 -10 difference vegetable and fruit juices depending on which flavor you get. I have a hard time with too much fruit or veggies since I'm D, and wondered if this would be overload?

V8 Fusion juices contain no fiber, a small amount of vitamins and lots of sugars/carbohydrates. The light versions contain less sugar. These juices are made from reconstituted vegetables juice blend; water and concentrated juices of sweet potatoes, yellow tomatoes, yellow carrots; reconstituted fruit juice blend; water and concentrated juices of white grapes, oranges, peaches. Less than two per cent of the following ingredients: mango puree concentrate, natural flavouring, and citric acids. There is no added sugar it all comes from the ingredients. It quite possible that some of these drinks may be high in fructose.
