Just wondering if You can use baked chips as a sf I was thinking of making nachos and just wanted to make sure this would be ok. Thanks

Baked Tostitos or Guiltless Gourmet brand are both safe.

I don't know if you have Meijer stores in Illnois, but I have found that they have their own brand of baked tortilla chips and they are very low in fat and taste wonderful!! I found them after they stopped carrying Guitless Gourmet around here. And I personally don't like the new Tostitoes baked scoops. These Meijer brand taste a lot like the "old" Baked Tostitoes.
