I apologize if this is the second time this post went through, but I posted it and then it never showed up! So... I was wondering if anyone has tried "Better'n Peanut Butter" and if its safe? I think Ive seen it mentioned here before but I dont remember what was said about it. I miss PB and Jelly sandwiches! I bought it at Trader Joes but I havent been brave enough to try it yet. Let me know if anyone has tried it and how it went. Thanks!! Hope everyone is feeling well!

Stefanie

These are the ingredients:
PEANUTS (AS DEFATTED PEANUT FLOUR AND NATURAL PEANUT BUTTER), TAPIOCA SYRUP, PURE WATER, DEHYDRATED CANE JUICE, RICE SYRUP, VEGETABLE GLYCERIN, SOY FLOUR, SALT, TAPIOCA STARCH, NATURAL FOOD FLAVORS, PAPRIKA & ANNATO, CALCIUM CARBONATE, LECITHIN, VITAMINS E & C (ANTIOXIDANTS).

Personally, I wouldn't eat this stuff. Just peanut butter diluted with fillers like soy lecithin, sugar, tapioca starch etc. Why aren't you able to eat peanut butter - if you're concerned about the fat, couldn't you just eat a small serving? I eat around a tablespoon of almond butter almost every day - very tasty and better for you than peanut!
