bananas, Envirokidz cereal bars, dry cereal, rice cakes, individual size containers of applesauce. On a good day I can get away with raw baby carrots, but not all of the time.

pretzels, bananas, rye bread/crackers with ham (ham's ok for me), graham crackers, apples, other fruit depending on how I'm feeling at the moment

blueberry muffins, pretzels, trader joes animal crackers,grham crackers, Bluberry bagel.Zuchunie bread. Soft pretzel with cinnamon and sugar, Crispx,smoothies.

I eat the same things you all do but I haven't attempted rye bread. Isn't it hard on the tummy?
I do like the crunchy stuff best like graham crackers with a smidge of peanut butter or Tostitoes with salsa. The kids like it best when I mix salsa and soy cream cheese to dip into. I also keep pretzels or mini rice cakes in my purse.

pretzels, baked potato chips, organic crackers of various kinds (animal, graham, water) and organic ginger snaps. I try to get organic/natural so as to avoid HFCS and trans fats.
