bananas, Envirokidz cereal bars, dry cereal, rice cakes, individual size containers of applesauce. On a good day I can get away with raw baby carrots, but not all of the time.

I eat the same things you all do but I haven't attempted rye bread. Isn't it hard on the tummy? I do like the crunchy stuff best like graham crackers with a smidge of peanut butter or Tostitoes with salsa. The kids like it best when I mix salsa and soy cream cheese to dip into. I also keep pretzels or mini rice cakes in my purse.

pretzels, baked potato chips, organic crackers of various kinds (animal, graham, water) and organic ginger snaps. I try to get organic/natural so as to avoid HFCS and trans fats.

Right now I can't answer that ... I do know that I have been munching on them for years without ill effect.
