HELP ASAP. Can I take Fibercon and acacia everyday?

Is it ok and safe to take fibercon and acacia? as soon as I get a response,if its safe to,im gonna take it since its my day off work today and see how it goes.

do you mean both?
of course you can take _either_ every day. as far as both, just make sure that you pay attention to your total fiber intake. if you are new to taking fiber, start with the recommended dose for either one, and split it in half. that is, lets say fibercon is 4 tablets a day and acacia is 3 teaspons a day. so in that case, take 2 tablets fibercon and 1 1/2 teaspoons acacia (these are just _MADE_UP_ examples, please use the actual recommended dosage). the key will be to not double dose on total fiber because that could be a shock to the system.

I take both bc I am not always home and I dont want to take the powder with me. I just make sure I am getting the fiber I need and not too much

ive been taking acacia for a long time and found my fibercon bottle while i was cleaning and thought,maybe using both would help me. I already take tons of acacia a day, ill just take 2 tablets of fibercon a day.
