Im always on the go so I dont have a lot of time to cook, im so stressed this has never happen to me before, what can I eat as snacks, drink or for lunch/dinner? I love salads and my dietician says to stay away from raw salads for a while. help? Also, my tummy is EXTREMELY sensitive to alot of things!

You need to take the time to read this website thoroughly. Also I understand being on the go. My day starts at 4 a.m. and doesn't end until around 10 p.m. most days but I think that is pretty typical in our world today. Before IBS I just ate whatever and went through drive thrus, bought candy bars, pizzas, burgers, etc. It took me a while but I did readjust my life style. I use a bread machine twice a week and supplement with bread from a bakery that is IBS safe. I carefully plan my meals and shop for groceries just once on the weekend. I cook on the weekends and a couple of times during the week but I plan when I will need to cook and make sure I have enough leftovers to get me there. I bought a couple of insulated lunch totes and some small blue ice to fit and I carry my food everywhere (to work, to luncheons, to the golf course, to church, etc.). I keep it simple but I absolutely never buy prepared foods anymore. They are not safe and I don't like the price I pay. Good luck to you.

Thank you so much I will read up on everything on here and see what kind of snacks I can eat. Im starting to realize its just an experience in itself, I have to just try things and if they are bothersome than stay away, im going to try the fennel tea also because I always get extremely bloated! Thanks for your help!
