In the States, Fiber One is a high fiber cereal, not a supplement. But Fibercon is Calcium Polycarbophil, if that helps.

I'm a C, and I've found Fibercon to give me more relief than any other soluble fiber supplement I've tried.

Good luck!

Fibercon contains 625 mg of calcium polycarbophil. In Canada there is a similar product called Prodiem. It is available at London Drugs. The caplets contains 625 mg of calcium polycarbophil. Be careful not to use the powder because it contains methlycellulose and the overnight relief contains senna. Both can be a problem for IBSers.

Good luck
