ate my last bowl of popcorn tonight

We made kettlecorn tonight (popcorn with a little sugar and salt cooked into it). I ate a bunch and I think I can feel the hull from each kernel in my tum right now. Not only that, but I've felt this way before and still ate it again! Oy! I think this may be it for popcorn....

Ha ha - I've said that a number of times as well! Taking a Beano-type enzyme helps me digest popcorn.

I don't have any problem with popcorn.Have you tried hulless popcorn?

Hulless? I never knew there was such a thing! Where does one find that?? I gave up popcorn ages ago because it was too hard to digest, but I bet I could handle a small amount of hulless - I eat baked corn chips with no problem.

Well...the brand name is Uncle Bob's white hull less popping corn.
It is a canadian product so i don't think you can buy this brand in the US but I'm sure that if you ask your local grocer they could look into it for you or they may already have it.
The kernals are smaller than regular popcorn and pure white!
