My husband loves Carabba's and would like to go, but the only thing I've read from these message boards is that the grill baste has made people very sick and that a manager needs to check your meal. Would it be safe to order a pizza with sauce and mushrooms only? Or pasta with marinara? I would LOVE to see a compilation of safe menu choices at restaurant chains (mainly so I wouldn't need to do so much homework whenever we want to eat out!) Is that possible?
