Yes I am certain that So Delicious is vegan! When I was fully vegan, it was highly touted on all the vegan discussion boards as an acceptable treat. I double-checked their website though, and there is a PDF file you can download from their site w/a nutrition breakdown. All their products are certified vegan - no casein. HTH!

I think the reason I cannot eat this ice cream is because I have a real problem digesting soy. The only soy I can eat is soy yogurt. So, this delicious ice cream is out for me  ...and that is depressing, 'cuz the chocolate is to DIE for!! YUMMY!!
