Yes, it says whole grain rice, but you can treat it as SF; I eat this as a snack most afternoons. Remember, the rice is so finely ground to make the cereal, that it's not the same as eating regular cooked brown rice.

I don't know why molasses wouldn't be safe.

Sounds like typical IBS to me...or, as some of us know it.. several days "C" and several days "D"...Sorry to be so graphic, but, most of today's leading Naturopaths/alternative medicine people says it's good when your poop floats to the top - means you are consuming enough fiber. Also, sometimes when your tummy is irritated or if you have a bug, the color changes - even green. I think it's www.webmd.com that even lists all this in their digestive section about the color...

I thought if poop floats its because you have too much fat in your diet?

ive heard that too. I think also it may because of too much IF. I had to take alot of acacia to be able to go because it was so mushy, thats why I think it floated. Is it ok to eat alot of minute rice? i'm thinking about eatings a big bowl of it today, minute rice doesn't put on weight does it?

I think rice is fine.I don't think you gain any weight on rice.Ever watch survivor?Thats just my thoughts I don't know for sure.
I haven't been able to eat rice lately for some reason it makes me bloat and gives me cramps.I was fine for a long time, same with bananas sometimes they give me gas and other times I'm fine.Go figure!
