need lunch help

I am going on what would most easily be explained as a fieldtrip tomorrow and I need to pack a lunch. Any SIBO/ Fructose sensitive people have any brown bag lunch suggestions? Thanks!

Sourdough bread with a smear of olive oil mayo, a few dots of mustard and some deli lunch meat. Baked ruffles. No sweets.
That is ALWAYS a safe lunch for me!!

I can't tolerate any lunch meat (even Boar's Head). I have bought several of those insulated lunch totes and some small blue ice. I carry pasta salad with chicken or tuna, baked chips and organic cookies when I need to brown bag.
