While the acacia fiber mixed in applesauce seems to help, I think that the herbal teas actually trigger my IBS... Has anyone else reported this problem? What should I do? Please advise. Thanks!

Rooibos makes me feel funny, too. Dunno why. Try starting with a strong cup of peppermint tea, and see how that goes. Peppermint is generally accepted (there are some studies out there if you search) to be helpful for IBS patients. If that agrees with you, then gradually incorporate other blends. If you're looking for specific brands, I've had good luck with some of the herbals from Celestial Seasonings and Traditional Medicinals.
But remember, everyone is different, so you'll have to play around and find what works for you.
Also: avoid real tea, which can have quite a bit of caffeine (a trigger for most people).
