I'm full of questions today. Since it has been years since I have had a "normal" BM schedule ( maybe never????) I will ask a semi-TMI question:

What is a normal BM schedule? I think this goes hand in hand w/my previous question. Since I have always been all or nothing in terms of bathroom trips, days like today and yesterday confuse me. Can "normal" people wait to go? How long is the time between feeling the rumble and having to run to the BR? I guess I shouldn't have to run, huh? Hum... I've been sick for so long that I don't know what to expect in terms of the Acacia working correctly. Boy, this sounds like a crazy post!

I know that this is not a diet question, but the "Living Room" message board didn't seem the right place either.

I dont know if there is a normal bm schedule.Somepeople have one at the same time every day and then don't have to worry for the day.
I've never had a regular schedule so I am not sure what I'd do if I got one.At least I know when it's coming though. The pain and rumble make sure of that! Then I'm usually good for a day or so.

Thanks! I'm usually a 3 tripper (urgency...pain...grumbles...like everyone else!) and then I'm good for a few days, too. However, I really want to be able to go like a "normal person." I don't think what I've experienced these past 2 days is better than what I usually am. Ugh....always trial and error.
