Does anyone find that your body temperature drops when you are having attacks? Not while you are having them cause they tend to make me sweaty and nauseous. After, I find I am cold or chilled even though its warm and everyone else is in shorts.

I get very cold after an attack. Typically I am shivering uncontrollably no matter how many blankets I have covering me. I asked that same question once and everyone said that its very common for your body temp to change after and during an attack.

Same here - I get very hot during an attack, then I'm chilled and shivering.

I often get feverish too when having at attack and my heart races. My GP has told me that this is due to the adrenalin that is released in response to the pain and thats what causes the shivers.
