I have noticed after working out strenuously or working with weights, what used to be just recovery soreness the next day has become a trigger for an IBS attack. Anyone else have this happen to them?

I've noticed this too. If I am stable I can handle a hard workout but when I'm not stable I have to kind of take it easy it seems.

Thanks Karl, I thought I had one of those "it must only be me" moments. I'm goinig to start tracking my workouts to see what happens. In the mean time I think I will increase my water/acacia intake on heavy workout days to see if that works.
