Just Diagnosed

I just received my diagnosis and I am just getting started with the lifestyle change. I am having some difficulty but I did check out the recipes. Does anyone have any tips that can help me adjust.

Welcome,
The best advice I can offer is to follow the diet to the best of your ability. Avoid dairy and hidden dairy. Get rid of the coffee and tea (except herbal). Read the board, there is a ton of information to learn about. And ask lots of questions. There are a lot of people here who are extremely helpful.

the meds I started and definately following the diet to a tee helped me get stable. The diet seemed overwhelming at first but it really wasn't to hard once I started getting all the alternative foods and puling recipes from the index, my husband and I talked about it and we almost eat better now than we did before starting the diet and I feel so much better. Good luck
