I am a first time user of the message board but a regular reader of the newsletter which I have found most helpful in dealing with my mild/moderate IBS (compared to others that have sent in their stories!). I have purchased a couple bottles of the Peppermint Oil Caps and my question is can I take them before bed at night and not eat an hour later as the instructions imply? I usually take one first thing in the am but as I am a habitual snacker (good snacks of course), which makes it hard to take another one (on an empty stomach) all day until I go to bed at night. I appreciate any help you can offer on this topic!

THANKS!

I've found that the Tummy Tamers work better for me, if I take w/ food. If I take them alone, I am burping "cold flames" for the next three hours. I do have an early hiatal hernia (w/ no GERD), so that may be part of it.

I hope someone with a little more experience has more advice. I've found that they are helping me immensely. I just cannot take them on an empty stomach. . .
