hi,

now i am using soluble fiber about 1 teaspoon a day. now i have to go 4 a 5 times a day to the toilet . especially in the evening 2 a 3 times. and it has a burning sensation and my bum has a paralysed/tickeling feeling .

what is going on!

Sounds like you may have hemmorrhoids or proctitis (inflammation in rectum) from so many bowel movements. You can try some preparation H suppositories or a sitz bath. Personally I find the sitz bath works better for me.
oooh.. I feel so bad you're uncomfortable right now.

what SF are you using?

hi, Valerie

i am using the Acacia Tummy Fiber. i read the book so i thought why not give it a try.

also the feces are lighter in color, then it used too.

i think i will stop now using the fiber and see what happens.

and the moment i eat something i already get an urges to go to the toilet.

aaww.. with 1 tsp a day, it was too much for me to start with.... try 1/4 tsp, then 1/2 tsp like a week or so later. Right now I'm still at 1/2 tsp of acacia..

Hang in there.. keep us posted on how you're doing with the acacia... Don't give up!!
