I was doing very well for a long period of time but then I had a health issue and had to start taking 7 meds! I also have to get my cholesterol down and am trying to do it naturally. Unfortunately they say that fiber helps but I do have a definite issue with fiber.
For the past 4 days I have had the worst cramping ever. Doubling over and nearly screaming. I finally have a bowel movement and it isn't D. It's just a bit softer than usual.

Any ideas?

Do you have an issue with both soluble and insoluble fiber? If you are constipated, upping the insoluble fiber would be good, but only eat it after a large portion of soluble fiber. If you are having "D" as you call it, try eating less insoluble fiber. Fiber is great for lowering cholesterol. I've been taking fiber for a while and my doctor said that my cholesterol was one of the best he's seen.
