well im throwing the towel in i think - i give up - i cant eat anything at the moment without some kinda effect - currently i am in severe pain right lower down a the top of my pelvis and to the right - i have been checked for water infection and apparently its not that i feel nauseas too !! i have just been to the loo and it wasnt a normal stool very sort of small peices (i know im so sorry for the TMI) im scared its goign to be something else like appendix ( even though i know its not as i been checked and had this kinda pain many times before) ( by the way i have health anxiety so please dont suggest i have anything major lol) Anyway i got lower back pain etc too - i am due on soon but ther eis also a possibilty i may be pergnant and i have recently been diagnosed with fibro so as you can see im a bit in termoil - my docs jsut seem to go oh its her again and tell me its my ibs or its nothing !! arrgghhh !! does anyone else get pain right low down above there V bit (sorry thats what i call it) pelvis area and period like cramping there tum ? please please please reply

Don't give up!! Get a new doc!!
I get a pain just above my V also. It helps to know that is the spot where your uterus and bladder and intestine all meet. If you have a chonic bladder infection that never really goes away then you could have pain. If you have poop there it will hurt(sorry) and for me I have a tilted uterus so during sex(sorry) it can be painful too.
What to do ? Don't really know but try a new doctor,ask around to anyone you know that has IBS and find out if they have been to a better doctor. I'm in canada so I can't help for that. I see a nurse practioner and she is very good. She has sent me for many tests and they all came back fine.
Do you drink plenty of fluids? chronic bladder infections could move to your kidneys but it's probably stress related back pain. Have you been to a massage therapist? or a chiropractor?I have one leg shorter 1/2 inch and it throws everything out of whack which causes back pain and hip pain.sometimes I get a kink in mygroin area too if I've been digging in the garden or lifting heavy boxes.
My brother inlaw has fibro and has been on every kind of drug and has tried many different therapies. Some days are good some bad. Good luck to you and I hope you find the help you are looking for.

me to i hate this ibs pain all time trapped gas i cant eat any think to sometimes eat bad food cos so upset
